A recovery strategy prepared by the Simonetti studio has allowed the allocation of funds for the recovery of some abandoned buildings on the Mottarone mountain. One of these is the station Crimagliera. The project provides for a change of use as a restaurant. The concept is based on integration with the natural context and energy savings. The volume in addition is a bioclimatic greenhouse that dialogues with the mountain climate.
